Jarrad has worked within the Resource sector and the Defence Industry as a Data and Business Analyst for over 10 years. During this time he has driven the modernisation of reporting and analytics within well established organisations, as well as the design/build of data and reporting frameworks in start-up environments. In all of his roles he has established strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, in tandem with delivering meaningful insights and impactful outcomes.

Prior work within the Resource sector includes the processing of large datasets, development of models to inform business decisions, and reporting to both the leadership team as well as relevant government departments. His time in the Defence Industry involved exposure to a complex stakeholder environment, including Defence Primes, international OEMs, senior public servants, and a developing network of SMEs. He took part in the development of an Australian Industry reporting framework in conjunction with CASG (Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group), to allow for data gathering, monitoring, and reporting on local industry involvement in all Australian Defence projects. In addition, he was responsible for actioning data requests from the CoA, Senate Estimates, as well as the improvement of established reporting standards and methodologies.
