Rhiannon is a process improvement specialist with 13 years of experience in the health sector internationally in both the public and private sectors. She has delivered on a multiple of both operational and strategic projects to create efficiencies and improve how processes and departments function in healthcare.
Rhiannon began her career as a radiographer, before managing medical imaging system implementations, healthcare innovation and lean improvement projects. She has also worked in healthcare IT solutions design & development to enable more effective healthcare delivery.
She has led at a variety of project and strategic scales, from operational level data analysis and process mapping to large-scale strategic initiatives. She specialises in untangling complex systems & business operations to understand and resolve issues for maximum business impact.
