James has over twenty-five years of experience in the not-for-profit industry, in both Aged Care & Disability services in a range of senior leadership roles and has extensive experience reviewing and aligning organisation’s strategic and business objectives to achieve success.

James prides himself on being able to review and analyse an organisation’s business and develop change management strategies, successfully ensuring that growth and continuous improvement are achieved, aligned with both mission, business and service objectives.

 

He has competently managed significant budgets (up to $85M) realigning business and service needs through considered change management and reconfiguration of corporate systems and processes and risk management to ensure success.

Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) - Member Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA Australia)

Bachelor Of Business (Majoring in Accounting & Taxation) - Victorian University of Technology
