Steven has over 20 years’ management consulting experience, working with leading consulting teams in Australia and New Zealand such as BDO, Nous Group and Higgins Botha.


He specialises in strategy design, developing leaders, governance, people and culture. Steven has outstanding communication skills and sharp strategic thinking abilities. His work has included the design and facilitation of conferences, design and delivery of executive and management education and organisational culture improvement. Having led over 2100 strategy and leaderships workshops with boards and executives of public, private and not-for-profit organisations, he is regarded as an expert facilitator and presenter by his clients.


​To relax, Steven spends time watching his three kids play sport, walking through Morialta Park and enjoying a glass of wine whilst pretending to be a good cook.
