With over 15 years’ experience as a management consultant within both global and boutique consulting firms, Tom has advised a broad range of government, NGO and private sector clients through organisational transformations and improvement initiatives across Australia and in Europe.

Bringing tertiary qualifications in commerce and secondary teaching, Tom specialises in providing tailored advice and support to clients across strategic planning and growth, organisational assessment and redesign, operational improvement, program evaluation and project management capability.

Tom is highly regarded by his clients for his professional and pragmatic approach to problem solving, proactive project management and stakeholder liaison, and commitment to delivering the best possible outcome.

Since joining ZED in 2016, Tom has led, project managed and delivered consulting projects across primarily health, education and not-for-profit sectors, addressing organisational review and redesign, business process improvement, project management office establishment and operation, cost modelling and complex data analysis, across education, rail and not-for-profit sectors.
​
Prior to joining ZED, Tom worked for Ernst & Young (EY) in its Adelaide and Paris offices, as part of their Government and Public Sector consulting practices.
​
Beyond ZED, Tom enjoys playing competitive squash, travelling to new destinations (when world events permit), and reading literature to maintain his French and Spanish language skills.
