Lucy Borthwick

Lucy commenced her career in the public sector, spending twelve years working in policy, program, governance, intergovernmental relations and executive management support roles across Commonwealth and State government. Lucy joined ZED in 2015, bringing her extensive government experience to support ZED’s work with public sector clients.

Lucy is a highly organised professional who applies her strong conceptual, analytical and written communication skills to produce high quality deliverables for clients. With particular interests in governance, planning and business writing Lucy has helped many organisations to develop key plans, strategies and frameworks to guide their work.

Outside of work Lucy enjoys living the Melbourne lifestyle, being outdoors, keeping active and spending time with her family, including her two young boys.
