Matt is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the health sector and is known as an innovative thinker and creative problem solver with strong acumen in strategy, leadership and organisational change.
Matt is a natural and trusted leader with advanced communication skills, who shifts people and process to working smarter and better – and has a substantial track record in turning around demanding, complex problems. He has a broad and well-established network and a deep understanding of human services systems and partnership drivers , built from leading the integration of services across government, not for profit and private partners.
