Steven Parker

Steven is a trusted strategy and performance advisor, with more than 10 years’ experience leading digital transformation initiatives across international business, infrastructure, energy and natural resource sectors. In his role with a European-based utility company, Steven was active in both the upstream (engineering, procurement, and operations) and downstream (commercial and customer) activities.
Having worked in financial accounting, tax, audit and advisory, Steven is immersed in building sustainable client-focused relationships to elevate reporting, governance, and performance, as well as providing assurances on complex data collection, analysis, and management systems. Steven has assisted clients with activity-based cost modelling, benchmarking, business intelligence development, and implementing performance frameworks with a proven capability to improve cost-efficiency and scalability.
His areas of expertise include data analytics, quality and compliance, IT management, contract and financial management, operating model design and business strategy.
Since joining ZED in 2023, Steven has been involved in a wide range of engagements concentrating on his performance practice and reinforcing environmental values and the technological advancement of data and business technology. Outside of work, he enjoys sport, food, travelling, and is a keen appreciator of international cinema.
